The fine print

All packages require a 30-guest minimum. Tax and gratuity is not included in pricing.

We are licensed by the WVABCA to provide alcohol for all WV-based events. KY and OH customers must provide alcohol, and we are happy to provide consulting services to assist those clients in selecting your alcohol choices and amounts based on your party details.

If events require a special license (for example, events in the city limits of Huntington require a $100 licensing fee) this fee will be passed along to the customer.

FAQ

How does it work? We help plan your drink menu and bring the bar right to the party.
What kind of events do you do? If you’re having an event we are there: corporate parties, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc.
Do we sell or provide alcohol? If the event is based in West Virginia we provide the alcohol (contact us for pricing). If your event is in Kentucky or Ohio you provide the alcohol. We are happy to help you pick out what’s best for your event!
Can we pick what is served? We have a wine and beer list for you to select from, but if you another preferred selection let us know!
What if I have less than 30 guests. That’s fine, but you will be charged $10 per person for headcounts less than 30. For example, if you only have 20 guests you will be charged $10 x 10 = $100.
Is the portable bar included? No, it’s a separate charge. The base rate quoted is only for our bar service and you provide the space for us.
Are you insured? Yes
Do you have the license to do offsite bars? Yes, we have a separate license for this, not all establishments do, so make sure to check!
How many hours do you serve? 3 hours, but you can add up to 2 hours if needed.
When is last call? Typically, 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event time ending.
When is an additional bartender needed? We like to have 2 bartenders with most events including cocktails or cash bars. Every party is different, once we have more details on your event we can advise you better.
Do you charge for mileage? If your event is within 15 miles from 311 9st Street (our restaurant) we do not charge for mileage. Over 15 miles on way we charge $1.5 per mile to and from your event location.
How do I save my date? We simply require a signed contract and $300 deposit that will go towards your final invoice.
What’s the cancellation policy? Only events cancelled within 20 days of the event will receive their deposit back.
